Project Coordinator – £25,000 + Benefits

Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an exciting and dynamic project management team? If so, we've got the job for you!  We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as Project Coordinator. Reporting into the Senior Projects Manager and supporting the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of new and in-flight projects and various tasks and initiatives.  Your role will also involve acting as a point of contact with all business functions to ensure actions and progress are tracked efficiently, properly documented and any problems, delays or issues are flagged to the PM or BA immediately.  The key responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to: 
  • Supporting the PMO team across multiple and a diverse range of projects. 
  • Assisting with the production of project plans, maintaining project trackers, and keeping up to date other key project administration/ documentation. 
  • Assisting with the delivery of project actions and requirements. 
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of all PMO documentation and communications. 
  • Arranging and booking project meetings into diaries. 
  • Day to day communications and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Supporting with timeline creation and maintenance. 
  • Ad hoc additional tasks to support across the PMO team including research, analysis, minute taking, action tracking etc.
